Selina Rashid Khan
Selina Rashid Khan is the founder and CEO of Pakistan’s first strategic communications agency, Lotus Client Management and Public Relations, founded in 2007. She is recognised as Pakistan’s premier communications leader with over 18 years of communications experience in leadership positions, representing some of Pakistan’s most compelling brands, projects and people.
She is the first Pakistani recipient of the prestigious PR News top women in PR global award. Selina is currently Vice President of Pakistan’s Council for Public Relations, Event Management, Digital and Activations [PREDA] and also serves on the board of International Industries Limited [IIL], Pakistan’s largest manufacturer of steel and polymer pipes. She has served as Chair of Brand Pakistan, an advisory panel to the Special Assistant of the Prime Minister of Pakistan on Tourism and Overseas Pakistanis.
She was also an integral member of the Foreign Minister of Pakistan’s Public Diplomacy reform for Pakistan. Selina graduated with an Honors degree in Politics from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. She has worked in London at Avalon Public Relations in London; one of the UK’s top PR firms.

Zubair Mallick is a seasoned public relations professional with over fourteen years of strategic communication experience. He joined Lotus PR in 2009 as a Publicist and has grown to become Managing Director, effectively leading and overseeing a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple sectors.
Zubair’s unwavering dedication to his craft is matched by his genuine passion for delivering innovative and impactful campaigns that drive tangible change. His instrumental role in the resounding success of CokeStudio, South Asia’s most compelling music platform, culminated in the prestigious Coca-Cola Global Excellence Award. Furthermore, he played a pivotal part in the introduction and expansion of L’Oréal Paris and L’Oréal Professionnel in Pakistan.
Throughout his career, Zubair has collaborated with some of the region’s most influential and inspiring personalities and organizations in the realms of entertainment, fashion, corporate and social sectors. Notably, he continues to serve as the primary strategist for the Academy Award-winning filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy. Indeedhis work atLotus has been pivotal in establishing Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy’s esteemed reputation and solidifying heras a force of global resonance.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Zubair boasts a solid academic foundation and a keen interest in film production. He holds the esteemed designation of Associated Chartered Certified Accountant and has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, as well as a Diploma in Film Production from Pakistan’s National College of Arts.
Digital Communications Manager
Agha Sarmad is the Digital Communications Manager at Lotus, where he has been working since 2017, accumulating more than six years of experience. His expertise spans across various sectors, including Corporate, Fashion, Lifestyle, Celebrity, Film, Food, Tech, Art, and NPO publicity campaigns.
Agha Sarmad has worked on numerous international as well as local campaigns and projects, including heading the Coca-Cola Pakistan account since 2021 and leading the L’Oréal Pakistan account and all its sub-brands for four years, among many others. He has also managed event promotions of platforms such as Coke Studio Live, Coke Fest, and Pakistan Fashion Design Council’s platforms. Before joining Lotus, Agha has worked with CureMD and Coca-Cola İçecek. He holds a BBA Hons. degree, with majors in Marketing and Media, from Lahore School of Economics.
Strategic Communications Manager
Fatima Arif is a communications, public relations, and sustainability professional. She is currently working as a Strategic Communications Manager at Lotus Client Management and Public Relations. Her work focuses on corporate communications, sustainability, media management, and crisis communication.
Her past experiences include, Editor and Team lead at Mashable Pakistan, Visiting Faculty at the Business School of Forman Christian College, University, Digital Media Communication at WWF-Pakistan, and Social Media and Content Management consultant for various organizations and projects. Fatima frequently contributes to multiple local publications.
She has an MBA (majoring in Marketing) from Lahore School of Economics and a BSc(hon) in Business Management from Forman Christian College, University. She is also part of US State Department Alumni as she was nominated to their International Visitors Leadership Program (Theme: “Youth Activism through Social Media”) in April 2014. She was also selected as Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Networks 30 under 30 Women as a digital media professional. (2016)

Strategic Communications Manager
Sarmad Iqbal is a Strategic Communications Manager at Lotus Client Management and Public Relations, specializing in the fields of Corporate Communications, Political Public Relations, and Sustainability.
He is an accomplished journalist and communications manager with over a decade of experience in Pakistan’s leading organizations in both fields.
As a print journalist, Sarmad has led the Editorial, Newsroom, and investigative reporting departments, overseeing editorial policy, layout, recruitment, and the daily publishing cycle. Sarmad’s experience extends to setting up a brand-new digital news organization, integrating digital tools to facilitate data journalism, and efficient financial reporting.
Beyond traditional journalism, Sarmad has also served as communications manager and project manager for national and international development sector NGOs. He has also used his skills as a communicator to serve as a marketing consultant for several consumer brands.
Additionally, he is an award-winning public speaker who has coached at multiple universities and schools, teaching the art of logical argumentation and effective rhetoric.
Zaibunnisa Khan Sudozai
Zaibunnisa Khan Sudozai joined Lotus in 2019, and has grown to play a pivotal role in the success of a diversity of PR and marketing campaigns. At Lotus she continues to work with multinational clients in the personal care and beverage industries respectively, with a specific strategic skill in developing and managing influencer campaigns.
At Lotus, Zaibunnisa’s expertise has also extended to campaign planning and execution for prominent organizations such as the Samson Group of Companies, Malam Jabba Ski Resort, Coca-Cola and the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour, spearheading both local and international projects.
Prior to her tenure at Lotus, Zaibunnisa served as a data analyst at Odetta, an American tech-enabled business process outsourcing firm specializing in startups. As an entrepreneur, she also has a bakery business, “Whisk it,” showcasing her drive for innovation and business acumen. Zaibunnisa Khan Sudozai has a bachelor’s degree in media from the historic Forman Christian College.
Mehak Malik is a driven and dedicated executive publicist with four years of experience in the field. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including corporate, entertainment, and FMCG brands, and is known for her ability to craft creative and engaging communications strategies that help her clients achieve their business objectives.
With a major in marketing from SZABIST, Mehak is well-versed in the principles of marketing and uses her knowledge to develop communications strategies that are effective and impactful.
